  8.     Michael Maus, referred to herein as "MAKER", agrees to pay to
  9. the  Order of Thomas Cat, referred to herein as "HOLDER", or
  10. order, the sum  of $500, ( five hundred & no/100 Dollars), at 456
  11. 7th Avenue, Nashua, Wisconsin, with interest thereon at  rate of
  12. 10% per annum, simple interest. 
  13.  
  14. The full amount of principal and interest due herein shall be 
  15. payable on April 5, 1995. 
  16.  
  17. This note is payable in U.S. Dollars. At any time the maximum 
  18. rate of interest applicable to this transaction shall not exceed 
  19. the legal maximum rate of interest for a note of this type. Any 
  20. sums paid in excess of any lawful limitation shall be applied to 
  21. principal. 
  22.  
  23. After default herein, this note will bear interest at the highest 
  24. legal rate for this type of note until paid in full. Upon any 
  25. default, MAKER agrees to pay a reasonable attorney's fee for any 
  26. and all services of an attorney, whether in or out of court, and 
  27. for appeal and post-judgment collection legal services.
